Terms of Service
The terms and conditions governing your use of transentra.io and the Transentra platform
Effective Date: July 2025 · Last Updated: July 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using transentra.io (the "Site") or submitting an application for the Transentra Verified Operator Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or submit an application.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Transentra LLC. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Services
Transentra operates a compliance-first operational infrastructure platform that connects verified U.S.-based Independent Business Operators (IBOs) with ecommerce businesses requiring compliant U.S. operational participation. The Site provides information about the Verified Operator Program and accepts applications from qualified U.S. residents.
Transentra is not a bank, financial institution, licensed money services business, employment agency, or staffing firm. The Verified Operator Program constitutes an independent contractor participation arrangement, not an employment relationship.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for the Verified Operator Program, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification
- Have a current U.S. residential address
- Have a Social Security Number
- Be eligible to pass a standard background check
- Not be subject to any existing legal obligation that would prohibit your participation
Meeting these eligibility criteria does not guarantee approval into the program. All applications are subject to manual review and Transentra's sole discretion in determining program suitability.
4. No Guarantee of Approval or Income
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Verified Operator Program. Transentra reviews all applications manually and approves applicants based on eligibility criteria, verification quality, documentation completeness, and operational suitability. Transentra reserves the right to decline any application for any lawful reason.
Monthly stipend compensation is tied to active participation and compliance standing within the program. Transentra makes no guarantee of specific income levels, continued participation, or uninterrupted stipend payments beyond what is expressly provided in an executed Participation Agreement.
5. User Conduct
By using the Site, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or communication
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems

Unauthorized use of any Transentra intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRANSENTRA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE VERIFIED OPERATOR PROGRAM, EVEN IF TRANSENTRA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TRANSENTRA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be submitted to good faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
