  • Applicants not approved: Basic application information retained for 12 months
  • Active operators: Information retained for the duration of participation plus 3 years following termination
  • Tax documentation (W-9, 1099): Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by IRS regulations

7. Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date.
