The Wallet and Payments page brings everything related to your money into one place: your wallet balance, withdrawal requests, bank account management and payment history. One view to operate with clarity.
How your balance is calculated
Your available wallet balance is calculated from the ledger records (the entries that credit your compensation) minus pending and completed withdrawals. This way, what you see as available is what you can actually request, with no surprises.
Withdrawal requests
Withdrawal requests have clear rules: a minimum of 100 dollars per request and a maximum of 7 requests per day. Each withdrawal moves through a series of states — pending, processing and, finally, completed or failed — so at all times you know where your money stands.
Your bank account
From the same page you can add, edit or delete the bank account you'll use to receive payments via ACH transfer. For security, account and routing numbers are shown masked: only the last four digits are visible. An account can be pending, verified or rejected, and a withdrawal is only processed when the account is verified.
Transparent history
Every payment and every movement is recorded in the history. Together with the compensation panel, this gives you a complete picture of how much you've earned and why, with no hidden calculations.
Bringing all of this together on a single page reflects a core idea at Transentra: managing your money should be direct and transparent. Instead of jumping between sections, you have one coherent view to review your balance, move funds and keep your bank details up to date.
